FAQ: Why Use a Public Adjuster?

Our Firm

Renaissance Adjusting is a certified, bonded, and licensed public adjusting team.   We pride ourselves in a total of over 40 year experience in the business, with a network of contacts throughout Florida and the United States.

We are a long standing active senior members of the Florida Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (FAPIA).

We work directly with residential and commercial property owners that have experienced a loss, to maximize your recovery and minimize the time of the claim.

One of our greatest assets is honesty.  We will gladly assess your loss and tell you honestly and up front if it is in your best interest to hire us, or handle the claim yourself.  We even give free advice how to handle your own claim to maximize the settlement if it is not within your best financial interest to hire a licensed public adjuster.

Who we are:

Renaissance Adjusting, Inc. is comprised of Resident Public Adjusters (PA), whom are licensed by the State of Florida, and are extensively educated in claims coverage and details.  We put our education and experience to work for you and only for you.

We never represent Insurance Companies.

We review all of your insurance policy documents, review your particular loss circumstances, prepare all estimates and documents and gather all of the supporting information required to establish your claim.  As your adjuster, we present to the insurance company's representative your complete claim package and negotiate the best possible settlement.

No settlement offer will be accepted unless approved by you, the insured.
